Putting the human back in HR
Who said internal comms needs to be boring? We’re all human, afterall. So to put the human back into HR and celebrate the humans that work at Mars, I proposed crafting a series of LinkedIn blogs to promote employees’ remarkable stories. From a veterinarian turned drag queen to a working mother coping with a miscarriage during a work trip, I interviewed employees from across Mars, helping them to put their personal stories into words to share with the world.
The heartwarming series celebrated the people of Mars and the wonderful work they’re doing to uplift their colleagues and wider communities. No corporate jargon. No workplace politics. Just real people sharing real stories.
